Attorney with vast experience in Litigation, Arbitration and Restructuring Proceedings in large-scale law firm.

Maria Isabel assisted domestic and international clients in the recovery of credits and/or investment in companies under Judicial Reorganization and Bankruptcy Proceedings. She has acted as legal advisor of Judicial Administrators (trustees) and Liquidators in insolvency proceedings in Brazil and abroad. Maria Isabel has also advised companies in crisis with the legal available measures to be taken and the respective risk assessment to the company and its shareholders.
