Executive Director of Excelia Real Estate and Founding partner and Managing Director of Excelia, Leonardo Toscano has extensive knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions, transformation management, strategic planning and shared services, acquired while working in large national and multinational companies.

Previously, he served as Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Lopes, leading the project to create Pronto Imóveis, a joint venture between Lopes and Itaú. He also worked as Managing Director for Shared Services at the Camargo Corrêa Group, being responsible for serving all the 20 companies of the group in several areas and developing initiatives that saved BRL 130 million. Prior to that, he was CFO of Siciliano and CEO of Fun By Net, a technology and marketing start-up for the entertainment and sports segments. He has also held senior management positions in companies such as Phelps Dodge, Alcoa, Pepsi and Johnson & Higgins.
